Look if you look at the close-ups you can tell the are just zoomed in shots. They were not deliberate close-ups. The photographer probably didn’t even know what he had captured until he or she viewed the shots later. Yes it was not nice to publish them but the damaged is done. Plus if you look at all of the other shots of Emma getting out of vehicles before her 18th birthday she always pushed her skirt down to keep this from happening, and Emma know s that there is always going to be a photographer fallowing her. She is a celeb for goodness sakes.
