Little 15 year old Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus went Disney-wild for Vanity Fair magazine… And by Disney-wild I actually mean the first step toward going fully wild on a very popular pornographic destination I am more than sure your perverts are fully familiar with.

What happened? Well, 15 year old Miley Cyrus went topless for a photoshoot in Vanity Fair. All the pics associated with that pictorial can be found right here, after the jump. Momma and Daddy Cyrus must be exulting with pure pride for the career apex of their offspring. You even have a video of the happy, picture perfect family, spending quality time together while their teenage daughter was photographed almost naked and wearing nothing but a bedsheet and shy grin.
“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed,” Cyrus revealed on Sunday in a statement released by her publicist. “I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”
“Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines,” commented a spokesperson for the Disney Channel.
“Miley’s parents and/or minders were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley,” reads the statement released by Vanity Fair to try and explain their position on the semi-nude pictures of Miley Cyrus taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz.
“I think it’s really artsy,” Miley added. “It wasn’t in a skanky way. Annie took, like, a beautiful shot, and I thought that was really cool. That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie.”

The photographer of the vanity affair pictorial should be charged with child pornography. If I were to take the same pictures of a teenager and authorities had found them I would be charged with child pornography and sent to jail. Vanity affair and this photographer should receive the same punishment.
Yeah, well…if the photographer should be charged with child pornography, what should the parents be charged with? But hey, the girl is supposed to be worth 1 billion dollars by the time she’s 18, so…I guess they’re good at whatever it is they’re doing.

What pandora said. This isn’t “child pornography”. Even non-sexual (art, medical, etc.) nude photos of minors aren’t child pornography. In the US at least, that is legally defined as photographic depictions of minors engaging in sexual or excretory activities, or lascivious displays of the genitals.
So, frakkin’ calm down. And why pretend that post-pubescents are not sexual people. We all know better than that, so don’t act so shocked. Especially when the only reason you are on this site to begin with is to get nudie pics of young women.
Admin: If it *were* child porn, you’d be arrested too, for distributing copies; in that regard, be very glad that the Emma Watson see-thru panties pics you’ve posted were taken shortly after her 18 b-day. An argument could be made that they aren’t “lascivious”, of course, but “child porn hysteria” is riding high.
Cyrus herself takes and (I guess via her website, I’m not sure) apparently distributes far sexier pics of herself than this, including of her in panties and a thin shirt with no bra, lesbianistic suggestiveness, pulling her shirt down to show her bra and cleavage, and bending over and pulling her pants down to show her panties. Her hit song, while not blatantly sexual like “I Touch Myself” or something, is all about teen sexual longing. So, her official statement on the VF photoshoot is hypocritical nonsense that Disney probably wrote for her and contractually forced her to issue. I’d bet anyone here $100 that before she is 18, she’ll regularly be dressing like a little whore, just like Milano, Spears and Aguilera before her.
